A Note From Randal

Hello Everyone,

I had a great time visiting my family in honor of Mother’s Day. My son kept me up late (he works 1 – 10 PM, we would spend our time together after he got in) and I got up early to be with my parents. Needless to say, I was burning the candle at both ends. Coming back on the plane it caught up with me. However, it was all worthwhile.

Eating a different variety of foods I began to have a sharp pain in my knee. I realized I had too much acid in my system so I took the Coral Calcium and the pain went away and stayed away too.
