2 tablespoons carrier oil
7 drops peppermint
7 drops lemon
6 drops tea tree
6 drops eucalyptus

Pour carrier oil into a clean glass jar. Add essential oils. Gently shake
to blend before each use. Massage blended oil from the bottom of your feet
right on up to and including your calves. Ah-h-h. Makes enough for 2-3

WHOLE GRAIN BREAD PUDDING WITH APPLES

This nostalgic cinnamon-scented, apple-filled bread pudding will give
you a whole grain desert and a heavenly scented kitchen.

4 cups soft whole-grain bread
1 cup milk or Tofu Moo milk substitute

1/2 cup apple juice
4 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons Sucanat or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Place soft bread torn into small pieces in a large mixing bowl; add Tofu Moo
and apple juice; toss well. Add apples, raisins, lemon juice, cinnamon and
nutmeg. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat
egg whites until foamy. Gradually add Sucanat/honey and vanilla, beating
until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into bread/apple mixture. Spoon
mixture into a lightly buttered 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

Set in a pan of water; bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the apples are
tender and lightly browned on top. Serve warm or with Tofu Moo.

Health Question:
I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?

Answer: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it.
Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you
live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by
driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.

Health Question:
Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

Answer: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and
corn. And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than
an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain?
Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy
vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily
allowance of vegetable slop.

Health Question:
What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise
program?

Answer: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is "No Pain-No
Pain".
