Making health decisions involves many choices and sometimes we don't even
bother to find out the choices. We follow the routine that our parents did,
or we just go with the flow of the "health care system."

We don't have a human brain to act like a trail horse that follows the tail
in front of its nose. Don't let fear compel you to allow somebody else to
make a health decision for you. Research things yourself! Then with
prayer, make the decision that needs to be made for YOU! Not based on
statistics or anything else. There's fraud out there in the medical
research world, so don't believe everything you hear - whether it's about
drugs or about herbs. Don't let your head swim too far in the muddle -
search your heart and spirit within to know what's right for you.

TEST for ADRENALS

You will need a blood pressure cuff for this test.

Lie down on your back for 5 minutes and then have your blood pressure taken..
Record the numbers. Without taking the cuff off your arm, stand up and
immediately take your blood pressure again. Record these numbers.
