Could be something called Shadbush also. Or Hackberry. I think we have two more of these but they haven't bloomed. The leaves and bark looks the same. Very interesting! Y'all are great to do so well with only the flower to consider. I did add leaf...

Seems like it might be wild plum after looking at the leaves and the bloom and the white buds before the bloom opens. This site gave really good photos that seemed to match:
