Vita Lemon makes use of one of nature's finest (and most tart) creations. Lemon is rich in bioflavonoids and high in vitamin C. Vita Lemon contains a healthful variety of soluble and insoluble fibers, including guar gum, microcrystalline cellulose, citrus pectin and xanthan gum. Fiber has been directly linked to colon health. It can be used as part of a weight control program and as a refreshing pick-me-up any time of the day. It's delicious when added to puddings and sauces for a rich lemon flavor. Crystalline fructose,* dehydrated lemon juice,* maltodextrin, citric acid,* soy fiber, guar gum, microcrystalline cellulose, molasses, sodium chloride (salt), citrus pectin,* xanthan gum, potassium citrate, natural yellow color, l-carnitine hydrochloride (25 mg), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin A (palmitate), niacin (niacinamide), pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate), vitamin D, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid, and biotin. *Fructose, lemon juice, citric acid, and citric pectin are all found naturally in lemons and all citrus fruits. As part of a weight-control program, add 1/2 scoop of powder to 4 oz. hot water, stir briskly and drink before a morning meal. For a refreshing pick-me-up anytime, mix one scoop in 8 oz. water. Stir or blend in an electric mixer and drink immediately. Vita-Lemon can also be used in cooking to make sauces, puddings and more.
