About the Ingredients
Kelp and Irish moss provide excellent sources of calcium, magnesium, sodium and iodine (essential to normal thyroid function). They are used to increase the metabolic rate and strengthen connective tissues, including the hair, skin and nails. Both kelp and Irish moss herbs contain mucilaginous compounds that enhance the detoxifying and eliminative functions of the digestive system.

Parsley herb contains aromatic compounds that decrease the thickness and increase the production of digestive fluids. It contains bitter principles that help reduce muscle spasms and pain, and reduce blood pressure. Parsley is an excellent herbal source of trace minerals, especially the electrolyte minerals sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It is also an excellent herbal source of vitamins A and C, as well as chlorophyll.

Hops flower contain bitter compounds that promote the body’s natural relaxation mechanisms and relieve muscle spasms. Hops contains high amounts of niacin.
