Your products are shipped directly from the nearest Nature's Sunshine warehouse so you have the freshest product possible. Customer satisfaction is where Nature's Sunshine's shines, along with product quality.

If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with a product, they may return any unused portion to Nature's Sunshine within 90 days of the date purchased for a refund/replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price (customer is responsible for shipping costs).

Invoice order numbers are your proof of purchase, keep the invoice packaged with your shipment. All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service department. Please call 1-800-223-8225 for an authorization number.

This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated and does not apply to the Nature's Spring Water Treatment System, Juice Factory 2000, and Nature Seal Cookware. These items carry individual warranties.
