Paw Paw Cell-Reg is the only standardized acetogenin product available to regulate specific cells. Nature's Sunshine uses an extract of the twigs of the North American Paw Paw tree, which contain the most concentrated amount of acetogenins. These twigs are harvested when they are most biologically active, and the extract is standardized biologically using an invertebrate bioassay. It’s so unique, it’s patent pending.

How It Works
The active compounds in Paw Paw Cell-Reg are a mixture of over 50 acetogenins. Acetogenins are active compounds that affect the production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) in the mitochondria (the powerhouse) of the cell. ATP is the cells’ ( and hence the body's) major source of energy.

Acetogenins selectively modulate the production of ATP in specific cells. Modulating the production of ATP affects the viability of specific cells and the growth of blood vessels that nourish them. Acetogenins also support and enhance the effectiveness of conventional medical approaches.

Scientific Support
For the past 25 years Nature’s Sunshine’s Vice President of R&D/QA and Chief Scientific Officer, Jerry McLaughlin, while at Purdue University, has researched acetogenins and their role in cellular protection. During that time he has published over 100 articles and studies related to the benefits of these beneficial compounds found naturally in the paw paw tree and its tropical relatives. Ingredients
Each capsule of Paw Paw Cell-Reg contains 12.5 mg of standardized paw paw twig extract.

Recommended Use
Take 1 capsule with food four times daily. Do not take with Co-Q10, Thyroid Support, or 7-Keto ™. Do not exceed the number of recommended servings. Only those with cellular abnormalities (either past or present) should take this product on a regular/daily basis.

Often, the person that is now cellular abnormality free may come back and take it for short durations (about a week) each month. However, sustained, prolonged usage is usually ended.
