These nutrients are in a base of Yucca root (Yucca baccata), para-amino benzoic acid (PABA), choline (bitartrate), inositol, lemon bioflavonoids, rutin, hesperidin, Alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa), Kelp plant (Ascophyllum nodosum and Laminaria digitata), Rose Hips fruit and extract (Rosa canina), Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita), Psyllium seed (Plantago psyllium), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Myrrh gum (Commiphora molmol), Golden Seal root (Hydrastis canadensis), and Wheat germ.

Recommended Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Cautions
If pregnant or planning pregnancy, daily vitamin A intake should not exceed 5,000 IU. Quantities in excess of 10,000 IU may result in reproductive hazards or birth defects. Beta-carotene as a natural plant source of vitamin A poses no such risk.
