Nature's Sunshine Essential Oils
Use a simple ceramic

essential essential oils for each room
of your home.
Single oils can

or humidifier, place 10 drops of essential
oil or a blend undiluted in the
unit.

oil in a spritzer bottle to spray

non-chemical household cleaners.

To apply topically, mix
7 drops of essential oil with 1T. of Massage
Oil, or cold-pressed olive oil, and
massage in.
Place a minimum of 25 drops of undiluted single or pre-blended
essential oil in a nebulizing
diffuser to disperse throughout a room.
Add 3 drops of appropriate essential
oil to 1 t. of water, mix and gargle.
Add 10 drops to your bath water. Agitate water in a figure
8 motion. Soak in it for 15 minutes minimum.
Use a sitz bath with just enough water to cover lower body
and add 5 drops of essential oil.
Inhale the oils directly
from the bottle for properties its known
for such as mood or congestion.
Avoid applying Essential Oils immediately after perspiring or
using a sauna.
Take a break every once in a while from using Essential Oils,
use them for six days, then stop for a day, or use them for three weeks and
stop a
week.
Do not get essential
oils in your eyes.
Keep essential oils
away from children.
Take the necessary
precautions during pregnancy, terminal
illness and with children as shown.
Take a tip from your
nose - if you don't like the smell
don't use it for emotional benefits.
Essential oils should
be diluted before using topically (with
exception for lavender and tea tree).
Keep essential oils
away from heat, light, dampness and
electromagnetic frequencies (TV or
microwave).
Do a "patch test" if
you are sensitive to things on your
skin.
Avoid strong sunlight
or tanning beds after applying essential
oils.
