Stay Awake Driving Mist Spray Add 2 T. water (preferably distilled but not necessary) to a Bottle With Sprayer and add the following: 20 drops Peppermint Essential Oil Spray the mist inside the car away from your eyes as you drive to stay awake. Inhale to get the full benefits. |

10 drops Roman Chamomile EO Put 4 tablespoons of Massage Oil in a bottle and add the above oils. Shake and rub the mixture over the abdomen starting near the navel and working in small to larger circles. Repeat 3 times. Peppermint and Lavender are also useful. |
Sinus and Respiratory Congestion Boil 2 cups of water and remove from burner. Add 2-3 drops of Breathe Free essential oil. Place a towel over your head and inhale for 5 minutes. Be careful - essential oils may irritate the eyes - keep them closed. Clearing and stimulating. |

8 drops Geranium Essential Oil 7 drops Rosemary Essential Oil 1 tablespoon Jojoba Oil This formula helps kill lice and nourish the hair and scalp.
