Roman Chamomile Pure Essential Oil (Chamaemelum nobile, steam distilled) has traditionally been used for thousands of years all over the world and has earned a medical reputation in Europe for its refreshing, calming and soothing properties.

This essential oil is generally used for insomnia since it tends to produce a restful sleep with deep relaxation and tranquility. It can be added to a hot bath at bedtime or used diluted in an oil for topical application.

Using In Combination with Other Essential Oils
Chamomile can be combined with bergamot, geranium, jasmine, lavender, neroli, and rose.

Chamomile is a particularly safe essential oil and can be used with young children and sensitive individuals. Dilute properly and do not use full-strength.

Recommended Usage
All oils should be diluted prior to topical use. Do not use essential oils near eyes or mucous membranes.
